I'm in gr.8 so I was wondering what makeup look I could wear. I have a pastelly muted light green hi-low dress and I don't want to wear too much makeup.

I have monolids so I don't know how to do eyeshadow or eyeliner without looking like I have a blackeye even with very light eyeshadows or a thin lim of eyeliner :(

Any tips on how I could still do my makeup a little more special? I prefer a more universal makeup look so that it suits a wide range of dresses because I might get another dress.
