Budget friendly, I like elf eyeshadows. Specifically their huge palettes. More on the higher end, I like urban decay. I know bh cosmetics has really nice eyeshadows as well.

I like the big elf palettes if you're looking for inexpensive! I also love the BH cosmetics 88 cool matte palette which I just recently got :)

At dollar stores you can get amazing eyeshadows they are "Profusion " and they are great like I have two twinkle twinkle palettes and they are very pigmented. Equally pigmented to urban decay eyeshadows and so so cheap
