Sorry, only got one idea last time I posted this, and while I appriciate it I don't know if I could make it work so I'd really appriciate some more ideas, especially ideas regarding what to do with my hair for prom.
any suggestions for nails and makup would be helpful too.
also should I do my hair myself or get it done in your oppinion?

Alright for hair I think your best bet would be to wear it up because of your hair length and the style of your dress. This updo would look stunning, with your dress!

I think an up-do, like a delicate bun would look lovely. It would draw attention to the neckline of the dress. I think either some sort of pearl or diamond choker would also look nice. And a brown smoky eye with some long but natural lashes. Bronzer to a minimum. And either nude or pastel nails?
That's the direction I think I would go in at least.
