do crush the prenatal pills and put it in your shampoo or do you take it orally

Biotin works really well for hair and nails. Also doing an Olive Oil treatment once a week on your hair works wonders. Just cover your hair with olive oil and pin it up and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Really makes your hair soft and healthy and washes out without leaving a greasy residue.
