I have a yellow neon pencil skirt and I'm not sure what to pair it with. Also I'm not sure if it's except able for school, although many girls wear pencil skirts.

A neutral top such a grey, and a silver statement necklace. As for shoes I would wear something with some height on it. And I would wear it to school because it's not really a dressy thing.
