I have a yellow neon pencil skirt and I'm not sure what to pair it with. Also I'm not sure if it's except able for school, although many girls wear pencil skirts.

I'd wear a black top! Or a Black tribal print one with silver accessories and some sandals

A neutral top such a grey, and a silver statement necklace. As for shoes I would wear something with some height on it. And I would wear it to school because it's not really a dressy thing.

I agree with Julissa! Or a plain black top with a yellow statement necklace would look so cute!

A flowy white shirt with some type of print maybe tucked in, in the front.
