I have been testing different foundations and powders and I've been through high end to drug store and I can't really find any that are good for my skin type. I have very oily skin. I am current using Rimmel stay matte in the powder and foundation but it just isn't working for me anymore. I am not looking for anything too high end but something that will work good!

Well, I've heard good things about Revlon Colourstay for oily skin. however, I personally find foundations are kind of one of those things that you need to splurge on to get those really nice flawless results. for oily skin I would recommend;
NARS Sheer Matte
MUFE Matte Velvet +
KVD Lock It Tattoo
Estee Lauder Double Wear
the last two foundations are full coverage ones.
as for powder, I would recommend the Tarte Smooth Operator powder. it helps smooth out the makeup, keeps it in place, & has a matte finish so it works amazingly with matte foundations & people with oily skin.

I personally like the Revlon Colorstay for oily skin... They have a pretty nice color selection, and good coverage. It stays on quite a while as well,especially with a setting spray. It usually costs about 10$ counting tax in the US.
