Hi beauties really need some help my dress is black and have no idea how to have my hair or makeup?!?! my hair is ombre but.is faded a bit but will be redoing it yayy :) my nails bag and shoes are cobalt blue :) any help or ideas are reallly welcome :):):) xoxoxoxo.

Thats the thing with black. You can match it up with any color you want. I say pair it up with some gold or silver , or summery color ; turquoise , lavender PP , or yellow. But since you have blue I think the theme should be Blue , black , and Silver -just a little bit-

If your bag and nails are colbalt blue I would do a red lip and a winged eyeliner and some sparkle it would look very glamorous
