Tomorrow I have this interview for a cabin crew position and I'm supposed to go in formal attire. What kind of makeup should I do? We are only allowed to wear neutral eyeshadows And red lipstick. It should be simple yet classy
Suggestions would be appreciated :)

I would do a nude eye and a neutral pink lip. My father owns and HR consulting company (hiring and firing basically) and if there's one thing I learned is that more often than not employers are put off by bold colors during the interview. Red is a color most commonly associated with sex and seduction, which isn't something you want to bring into an interview. Instead, lighter neutral colors look more 'intelligent' as well as put together.

Personally I also like to stay away from red in case I nervously bite my lips before my interview hahaha :P Good luck and I hope you get the job!!
