So I want to make my eyes appear bigger, not necessarily rounder, but just bigger in general. What are some ways with makeup that can help make my eyes look bigger? I've heard that white eyeliner on your water line can make the whites of your eyes look whiter and brighter and ultimately making them look bigger...

You can also line only the outer corner and inner corner of your eye with a black liner. Don't line your water line though, only below the lash line.

You can use a white liner on your waterline and on the outer corners like on your skin just a little bit. If that makes sense. It'll make your eyes look wider

Nude liner in the waterline,.dark shadow on the outer part of the lower lashline, subtle winged liner, mascara on the too and bottom, and fake lashes on the outer half of your lashes.

First wing your liner as this helps give the illusion of more elongated eyes.
Then line the lower lashline about half way.
Line the waterline with a nude of white liner
Apply falsies, they really help to make the eyes look bigger.
Apply a light shimmer color on the brow bone, make the highlight very thinly. Some people highlight the whole top part of their eyes and it just gives the illusion of more space between the eyes and eye brows. Use the same color on the inner corners of the eyes.
You could use double eyelid tape if you don't have or have a small lid. There's also glue which works well.
If you want to use eyeshadow do the outer-v and on your kids use a neutral color like beige or even champagne.
If you really want bigger eyes try circle lenses. They come in different diameters and can make a difference
