This pic is off the internet but it's the Se style just imagine it with thin blue stripes running horizontally. I have no idea how to style a skirt like this. Any suggestions?

I would wear a navy blue/whatever shade blue the stripes are shirt with it. (: and some brown sandals/flip flops and gold jewelry.

I would wear a black/gret tank or a skin tight black/grey tshirt with a cardigan somewhat like the photo, & flats/converse:)
