I've been seeing pictures like this a lot lately, and it looks sooo cool! I think its chrome or metallic, I'm not sure. But I absolutely feel in love with it!! So if anybody knows if this is some kind of top coat or a polish... Or even nail stickers.. I would love to know.. Help??! 😩😊

Those are most likely fake nails or stickers. Or they managed to do a amazing job at not streaking a Polish.

They're nail wraps. You can buy them at most drug stores or even on eBay. They'll be hard to apply though because they need to be applied absolutely smooth
