I would take a nice warm bath. Don't put anything on it without contacting a dermatologist! That is very important!

Warm bath, and put a lotion on it (please do something that doesn't have a ton of fragrance added, just a plain lotion, as fragrances can irritate skin, and you don't want to make yours any worse).

A lot of those haie removers come with aloe gel preparations to be used afterwards. They're usually included in the facial hair versions.

Hair removal creams are horrible for your skin! If there are chemicals strong enough to melt hair, imagine its effects on the skin! This is a mild chemical burn and you'll have to soothe it and wait for it to heal.
Mix a bowl of oatmeal with water to make a paste. Apply a thick amount on the rash and wait for 10 minutes. This will soothe the skin.
Then, apply aloe vera gel on it. Apply layers after layers after each one had dried.
If you don't have aloe vera, use coconut oil, jojoba oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil, etc
Repeat this daily
