Ok so I got my ears pierce about a month or more ago and I got three piercing on one side and two piercing on the other ear. She didn't pierce it with a gun she just used a big needle and shoved it through each eat for each piercing (just like when I got my belly button pierced ) and after they were pierced she put these weird looking eating in my ears with little balls on each end and my last piercing a hoop with a ball on the end. I just got some new piercings today and I finally got all my earrings out and put the new ones in besides the hoop one. The piercing with the hoop hurts so bad and won't even turn it has like a bumps and is kinda scabby and it's driving me nuts because I want it out. Does anyone have any tips to help me?

Pour alcohol on it and the earring before you put it in your ear. Yes it will sting a little but it will kill any infection in there and help speed up the healing process.

I'm thinking that the one with the hoop isn't getting enough "breathing room" if that's even the right word? Because the hoop is round (obviously) it doesn't give any room for the piercing to heal because it can't swell and a little swelling is normal after any piercing so basically the hoop is restricting it. That's why the two with the bars healed fine because they provided swelling room. You need to take the hoop out and switch it so that it can heal properly. It will hurt but I've seen this exact scenario before. If it hurts too bad for you to do it yourself I'm sure if you go back to whee you got it done, they will do it for you. I hope all of that made sense lol.

The earring is basically stuck in my ear so just use alcohol to clean it?

Use salt water to clean piercings. Invest in some H2ocean to clean it with.

It's all part of the healing. Any antiseptic liquid will do. You can use sterilised water and salt. Make sure the earring you've put in isn't nickel or sterling silver. You might be allergic to either. Twist the hoop as you would with the studs. And to be honest, I'd take the hoop out and replace with the original after sterilising it.

You can make your own salt water with boiled water that's been left to cool, and a few teaspoons of sea salt.
