So I'm thinking about relaxing my hair. I workout 4-5 times a week and want to know how you guys maintain your hair after a sweaty workout. Currently my hair is in individual braids...

I usually have it up when I go to the gym. if I'm not too sweating I put my hair back down when I'm done working out. but if I really gross I wash it

I make sure to keep my hair tied down so it doesn't poof up, that or wash and do it again. But I haven't had to do that in like a year as I'm natural now.

I put it in a bun and then after my workout I use a humidity spray or or gel for the frizz.. The humidity spray I sometimes use before.. And if I have to wash my hair on that day I put some oil in my hair before I workout.
