Anyone have an opinion on...
Chinese Glaze 'Japanese Koi'
vs
Essie 'Hip A-nema'
vs
Essie 'Camera'
vs
Essie 'Ole Caliente'
vs
Chinese Glaze 'Igniting Love'
I have not tried any of these yet but have viewed some swatches online.
I'm looking for the brightest, most vivid pigment (s) and smooth, easy coverage & overall quality.
If you happen to own (or have owned) any of these, please feel free to share your opinions!
I have very pale skin (with olive undertones) and am looking for a neon nail that really 'pops' on me. I am on a tight budget, however, so I can really only afford 1 or 2 of these...
thank you

I collect Essie but have none of the colors you posted. I have a few China Glazes as well. I would have to say that whatever neon shade you pick out to apply either a white based base coat or a straight white polish and then apply the neon shade over it to make it pop and appear even. I only have three neon shades in my polish collection and it was a true trial and error for me to get it just right. Also applying a clear top coat gives it a nice finish. Essie has a few hits and misses so if you can locate actual reviews of any given color it will give you an idea about end results and how opaque a particular shade can be.
