I've tried them before, they have new kinds like "professional effects, vivid" and stuff, which one do you recommend?

They most likely will make your teeth sensitive because of the bleach and whatnot in them, but if you can tolerate that then you'll be fine. I used the Colgate ones and after like two or three uses I already started seeing progress. Just make sure not to leave them on for longer than 30 minutes because then they will irritate your teeth and gums. And brush your teeth well afterwards xx
