I know I should go to a doctor! But until then what tip do ya'll have as far as preventing body (chest, back) acne?

Shower often and get a body acne body wash

I believe Neutrogena makes a body acne wash. There is probably some other brands that make some too.

5% benzoyl peroxide worked wonders for my back and chest acne..I used it once a day in the shower with one of those back scrubbing brushes
