Yes that's a really good idea to do it under your lashes! I'd say on your lower waterline would look great (:

For all my bright color eyeliner. I use a color to highlight my eyes color. I use the blue or green eyeliner under the top lashes, along to top waterline. it will hurt at first but keep going. I always get fabulous results.

Get a pencil/kohl eyeliner and wear it in your waterline, top and/or bottom :)

I know this is going to seem weird but I like to create 'lower lashes' (aka little lines) with my liquid liner then I put on mascara on my lower lashes its a fun way to dress up your eyes P.s make the lines shorter the more closer you get to you inner eye.
