I'm in need of something transportable and small as all of my pallettes are big, with between 4-12 diff neutral colours, I don't mind if there's one or two shimmers but I am in need of mattes! price is important I'm on a teeny budget, I love the MUA pallettes but they only have one/two matte colours each :(
does anyone have any recommendations I know this is quite a specific ask xx

I don't know if 27$ is too much but the new naked basics is out and it has six matte eyeshadows and its also smaller than the average size palettes

Sonia Kashuk has an all matte neutral pallet. I believe it's about $20 at Target. I've heard great things about it and its on my list to buy ;-)

I have the nyx nude palette and its been pretty nice, lots of nice colors and it comes with lipglosses. My only complaint is the formulation is kind of powdery and the black shadow is the worst offender for lack of pigmentation. I usually use another black in lieu of it or use a teeny bit of gelliner as a base.

I have bought several high end palettes this year looking for mattes only to buy a new wet n wild 8 palette recently that I like better than anything else. Ironically it has the word sparkle (or shine) in the name but its all mattes

The naked palettes are a lot of shimmer... I would recommend getting a z palette and then just getting your own shadows and depot them.
