Hair growth is genetics but you can promote good hair growth, eg plenty of water,regular trims, a healthy scalp,maybe skin hair and nail vitamins.x

You can buy special oils for your hair that help such as Moroccan oil and coconut oil , there are also hair mask videos on YouTube to make your hair grow longer.

I agree with Jacqlyn and Lily.
Also try not to use that much heat. And when you use heat make sure to use a heat protecting spray and use a resorting shampoo and conditioner.

Try the inversion method it's supposedly helps grow about an inch in a week and many girls have tried it and said it works and there's YouTube videos about it as well

Maybe she's new to beautylish or doesn't come on here that often and was unaware that many people ask this question everyday. But, what lily & jacqlyn said! I took vitamin B to help speed up my hair growth, and it actually helped even though my hair already grew fast ☺️
