GLAMCOR bad service??

I heard about how glamcor has given everyone amazing, fast service but it really hasn't been the case for me. I've been fighting with them for over a week whether they got my payment, and once that was finally figured out one of the items I ordered suddenly became out of stock. They said on Friday (the 6th) they would mail it express on Monday. I emailed today asking if it had been shipped &they then claimed it was out of stock until NEXT Monday and wouldn't ship until then. Every time I email a question about shipping I get no response or an answer that evades my question about shipping. I'm really confused why this is happening to me and was wondering if anyone else has had a hard time with them? really sucks considering I spent $400 on the glamcor site.
