Regular foundation. Mineral foundations often times contain irritating ingredients, and some of the minerals in them can contribute to acne and make it worse, as well as enlarge pores as they basically 'poke' at them. The idea of Minerals is better is a marketing strategy, as I find that often times these promised foundations are horrible in the long run.
Generally, paying attention to ingredients goes across the board whether the foundation is mineral, liquid, cream, etc. If you want to feel free of concern and just go with personal taste then looking into the line CoverFX would be a great idea. Their line of cosmetics is specifically formulated for those who have skin issues, so they take sensitivity and acne into mind.
Beautylish does have an article on CoverFx and offers there products as well, incase you are interested in them :)
