Look in the foortcare section of a Target, etc. for a pedicure file, or a pumice stone. Rub your feet with it right after you shower.

Pumice stones work wonders! Use that, followed by some good lotion and you will notice a difference for sure.

I either do it with my foot scraper or get my mom to do it with hers. It kinda creeps me out to do my own. After that I use a foot file and lots of lotion.

Don't use a foot scraper. It ls actually bad for you and build up scar tussue. Not to mention it can be super dirty if not cleaned properly. Def don't get it done in a salon either. Ur best bet is a pumice stone and lotion Ur feet at night and cover w socks :)
