I used to break out there too.
break outs on the back & chest are usually hormonal - or at they were for me & a lot of my friends - but I found it helped to make sure I washed my body every single day, I would exfoliate my body, & try to make sure my sheets & clothes were always very clean.

Tanning also surprisingly worked wonders for me. Since it's summer I started laying out by my pool more & all my skin has cleared up, including my face! :)

I had that problem. What I did was throw my hair up in a bun after washing and made sure I scrubbed the conditioner shampoo that would rest on my back.

Exfoliate your skin try finding a salicylic acid soap, I believe neutrogena makes a body wash with it. Lightly moisturize those areas. Try wearing clothes that are more breathe able as clothes that aren't cause you to sweat more and it ends up clogging the pores
