What are some high-quality *liquid* eyeliners that

-- stay put all day, (don't fade or run)
-- have great, vivid pigment and are available in a
-- **variety of colors**?

(shimmer/microglitter ok too)

(just to do a skinny 'pop' of color near the lashline, like in the pic above..)

(*preferably formulated WITHOUT parabens & not tested on animals)

Lancome is the best eyeliner I have ever use it is stable all the day and has deep color but not waterproof

I have a couple of colored liquid liner pens from Stila that I love! If you're up for gel liners, the Inglot gel liners in the Beautylish shop are highly regarded =)
