I have these red bumps on my arms by my shoulders and I was wondering how I can get rid of them.

Is it like eczema? Coconut oil helps with bumps on your arms, but I don't know about red bumps?

I think you may be talking about keratosis pilaris aka "chicken skin". it's fairly common, I have it, too, as does my boyfriend and everyone in my family. I make sure to exfoliate well at the area and it clears up within a week or two. make sure to moisturize after(: I'm sure there's a topical for it but I haven't tried any so I don't want to give you any advice or recs on that.

It's definitely keratosis pilaris! I also have it and it's so annoying!! I don't exfoliate it because it tends to irritate but always put on lotion! Moisture is key to this problem along with drinking plenty of water!
