Clarisonic vs Phillips visapure.

Hi beauties,
I am in search of a cleaning device. Two options are clarisonic Mia and Phillips visapure. Has anyone used visapure. I would have gone for clarisonic but the only thing is its availability in India. Visapure is not also easily available but still can be managed. They both come at almost the same price. Suggestions on which one would be better..

Never tryed visapure but clearisonic is reccomended by most dermatologists.
