I just bought this scrub because I have clogged pores, and they always ruin my makeup, no matter how well I apply it. Has anyone used it? What are your opinions? Does it work for you?

I'm not sure, but the queen Helene mint julip mask helps a lot.

Scrubs actually don't help clogged pores. Scrub exfoiliate on the firsf layer of skin. You need a BHA like salicylic acid to exfoiliate with in the pore. Also, if you have acne prone skin, physical exfoiliation will just irritate acne and make it worse.

I believe Paula's choice has one that is very good, I'm looking into buying it, but Kitty K uses it and likes it, so you can talk to her about it. Otherwise, products with salycylic acid in it are your best bet :).

You can also find salicylic acid cleansers & moisterizers at the drug store. Neutrogena has a few. A scrub can br benficial as long as its not not too harsh & irritating to your skin. But don't use it everyday. 2-3 x a week is sufficient. Listen to your skin, it will let you know if it's too harsh. Also, I would continue with the masks. Sames rules as the scrub. The scrub will exfoliate the top layer of your skin so the salicylic acid can reach inside the pores. And the masks can temporarily tighten the pores.

The neutrogenia 3 in 1 wash (I believe that's the name) is amazing. It's in a white bottle with orange writing. It's creamy and it has little balls to gently exfoliate. It's my favorite face wash

It helps diminish past acne scars, helps the present blemishes and helps to deter future breakouts. I have dry skin but I get oily on my t-zone and it's amazing
