You advised on previous post to use this moisturizer, is this better than an over the counter anti-aging cream?

It's just a simple gentle moisturizer hun if you want things for anti aging you can get a serum then put that cerave moisturizer ontop it does have cerimids n essential fatty acid which are good for your skin.
