You'd have to get a stud either way until your nose piercings healed, I'd say nose piercing first because it'll be easier than getting them together, I can only imagine how much it'd suck getting the nose stud stuck on your septum bar so early in healing haha and sometimes it's a pain to detangle but get them for sure! :)

Don't get a septum. In my opinion they're not attractive and unprofessional.

Stick with a side stud.

I'd get both sides of your nose done first then your septum, or that's what I did anyway and I'm glad I did haha

I fairly sure a septum takes longer to heal 100%, But I might be wrong. I've had mine 2 weeks and its not sensitive or anything anymore. I'd say get your nostrils first.

I politely disagree with Krysten C. They are easily hidden, but a job shouldn't be depending on what you look like, it should be your qualifications. This is the 21st century, I think septums are awesome personally, and regardless I think you could rock it! Is get the nose piercings then septum!

It SHOULD just be your qualifications. But in the real world it does not look professional, it is the 21st century but it's looked down upon on jobs. it'll be harder to get a job in your prifession. why have it if you're going to hide it. I have 11 piercings but I stay away from the face area knowing that many places look down on it.

Just because someone has piercings doesn't mean they can't look professional, I don't know how many times I've said this on this site but a piercing doesn't wear you, you wear the piercing. If you present yourself badly, that's what gives people the impression that they wouldn't want you working for them. It also depends on your line of work and circumstances, not every job or person is going to look at someone with piercings and say "oh, she looks unprofessional" and before we talk about mass amounts of piercings on faces, I've had 12 piercings on my face at once and nobody ever said anything like that to me. Obviously I didn't wear them all at once, maybe 6/8 showing at one time but all the interviews I've had have always said I've been well presented.
