I'm looking for a quality,
* long-lasting,
* well-pigmented (RICH, vibrant color)
* sparkly
* BURGUNDY-PINK/lilac eyeliner with
* creamy, smooth (no-tug) application?
** (Preferably cruelty-free & paraben-free.)
I love liners that have some glitter or sparkle in them, and with a big 'pop' of vibrant color that won't fade throughout the day (or settle into fine lines).
I don't like liners that have coarse, rough glitter. It has to be microshimmer/microglitter that goes on smoothly.
Any specific recommendations? thank you :)

Nyx has some good colors.they are affordable too. it creases on me no matter what I do, but if it does not crease on you...its got great pigmentation! you may wanna try :)

Urban smears on me very badly so I use gel liners from inglot or fluidline from mac and then apply lit glitter over top of it for the shimmer effect.
