Deciding between L'oreal True Match foundation and L'oreal Lumi Magique foundation to wear for my prom. I have combination skin but do not want to end up looking shiny throughout the night, I don't usually wear foundation so my knowledge isn't great, please tell me if there is an obvious difference between the two + which one would be more suitable for prom, pictures and staying on for longer. Thank you!

Check to see if one doesn't have SPF. Wearing foundation with an SPF can make your face look patchy in photos.

Jacqlyn is right, the Lumi is too greasy for prom. it also has more spf than regular true match which can affect pictures in my experience.

SPF and pictures have no correlation. However I would go with Tru Match

Actually, flash photography makes SPF reflect the light which causes white patches in photographs. Some HD foundations also cause flashback.
