Recently started having blemishes on my cheeks by my nose how do I get rid of them?

Apparently if you have blemishes on your cheeks it means something with your respiratory system. It could be from smoking, allergies, or certain foods your eating. If you've added something into your diet lately that your body's not used to that could be it. Because its odd that of all places your cheeks are breaking out.
