Wanna go through a 14 day cleanse with my own tea. I don't wanna order or buy special remedies. Has anyone ever tried to do a Tea Cleanse? If so, let me know your daily tea take-ins and all those details. Thanks!! I'll take any other recommended cleanse diets/plans as well.

That's bad for your body. you need actual water, not just tea. tea has very little vitamins and minerals.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, and urinary tract infections, or in bad cases, a hospital stay.
