I've heard of ladies spraying alcohol in their make up to santize it. I was wondering if this is true and if so what grade should I use and how should I use it.

Yes this is true. I normally just use the rubbing alcohol (70% or more I think would be best) and put it in a spray bottle. Then I just spray the bristles until damp and sweep the damp bristles on a tissue (or you could use a clean tea towel) up and down a couple times. I normally do this process after washing my brushes, as the alcohol really helps the brushes to dry faster as well as disinfect any bacteria that is left on the brushes. I hope this helps. If you are still stuck you can always talk to some of the moderators here on beautylish. They have an extensive amount of knowledge on cleaning make up brushes

What are you thinking about spraying? I wouldn't suggest spraying it in anything that won't dry out (like mascara or lip gloss tubes)

You can use your brush cleaning spray as well it's usually alcohol based anyways.
