I've been looking for the best foundation for awhiles now. I'm open to drugstore and high end(to a certain point, I don't want to spend more then 45 though). I have dry-combo skin and am pretty pale, thanks. 😊

If you're *pale* pale, like me, check out MAC. I'm currently using Prep & Prime BB with a little studio tech in spots where I need more coverage. Set with a little powder (I'm alternating between MUFE HD and Too Faced Primed and poreless, I haven't decided which I like better). You can also check out illumasqua.
If you're not insanely pale, Revlon makes good foundation.

Clinique is decent. I've been using their perfectly real foundation and like it. I also love Estée lauders double wear. If you have pale skin don't even bother with Mac. Their foundations seem to oxidize and make pale people look orange by the end of the day.
