Definitely. Heat could be the reason. Has the weather changed at all? That could also be a reason.

Do you deep condition? Because oil don't moisturize your hair it just make them shiny and more strength, to avoid slip ends you have to moisturize by deep conditioning adding oil in it if you want but not just oil (ex: avocado, Shea butter, Argan oil and olive oil, and coconut milk with banana ) or you can buy a product already made at the store

It could be the water of swimming pool because there is product in it. So after swimming you should rinse correctly your hair before putting any shampoo and use juste a little amount of shampoo because shampoo is aggressive for hair

Wear a swimming cap :)

Agree with Brittany, I'd say swimming is the culprit! chlorine always makes my bleached hair feel like poop so maybe after you shower after you swim try using argan/maroccan oil in your hair when its damp to help keep it hydrated. :)

It's that chlorine!! I would do as Brittamy suggested and invest In a swimming
Cap or use shampoo specially formulated for swimmers.
