I am trying to grow out my curly hair and it is hard because I have heat damage. Any tips on what I can do? It used to be curly and now it's more wavy.

Use an argan oil or maroccan oil to keep your hair hydrated, my hair is also wavy and curly and my waves always come out better when I've put oil in my hair after I shower :)

I just am requesting tips for how to help restore the curl and help it grow out because right now it's not growing too much and I miss my curls!

I know it's not fun, but cutting off the damage is a good place to start when growing out hair not matter what type. Your new growth will be more noticeable if you get rid of the split ends causing breakage and ultimately making your hair shorter. Think of it as a fresh start for your curls :)

Lemon isn't good for hair so I wouldn't recommend that^
