I don't know how to figure out what my undertones are. Any suggestions?

Lol they look bluish greenish.. I guess that's neutral?

Hun, I have the same freaking issue! I am the same colour as you and some days I look cool other days warm so I stopped using stuff that's for cool or warm and I now stick with neutral, win win! My only recommendation, if you have the same colour under your eyes, colour corrector is your friend. Just stick to neutral undertone colours :) x
