I don't know exact, but in this video http://youtu.be/rQ9pZNuxCqI by nikkietutorials, she uses two lip liners and a lipstick (4:30 in the video) to get a similar color to what Kylie's wearing. It's hard to tell since that picture isn't the best lighting for seeing the true color of the makeup
