Good news is that my cystic acne has been gone for a while now! 👍 however, it has been replaced by small red bumps next to my nose on each side and some on my chin as well. I have switched to a gentle cleanser (cerave) and I have been exfoliating 2-3 times a week. I'm not sure how to get rid of these bumps.. They don't hurt or anything but they make makeup application kind of hard. Tips?

They might be black heads? have you tried any of the blackhead strips like Biore?

They aren't black, they are like tiny red bumps that you can't even see but I can feel them. I've tried blackhead strips before for the few I get in my nose but they irritate my skin.

I think they're called milia. Ask Kitty K. about it, I believe she reccommends Paula's Choice BHA.
