Hhmmm so I have these white stuff under my eyes I really don't know what are they, but I think its milia I don't know. I would really like to get rid of them, so any suggestion?

Milia maybe. You might want to check with a derm to be accurate. You could maybe try a retinol eye cream. Roc http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod3190035 makes one but since I've never really had this problem I can't tell you if it'll work but maybe.

@abi Milia occur when dead skin cells get trapped under the skin's surface, forming small, hard cysts. (Not my words link to further explain http://www.paulaschoice.com/expert-advice/skin-disorders/_/milia )

I just researched some and there are eye creams that exfoliate you could try. http://m.sephora.com/truth-is-in-the-eyes-vitamin-c-peel-concentrate-P268417?skuId=1425248 this is one I saw

I have this too! :)
Just go talk to your dermatologist and they can proscribe you something. It just happens when dead skin cells get trapped under your skin and it's leaves small, annoying bumps.
