Well you could manipulate your lip shape by lining your lips uh. I know what I'm trying to say but I'm not sure how to explain it. That doesn't help you any. Lol I'm sorry

You know just kind of line them in general if you don't already. You could line just a tinsy bit above your actual lip line.

Slightly over outlining your lips with a lip liner or using a plumping lip gloss also if you put lip gloss on your Cupid's bow it gives the illusion of a poutier plumper lip. (:

What I like to do is apply a ylbb ( your lips but better shade ) and put a lighter reflective lipgloss only in the center of my lips ( it will catch the light and give a pouty look ) and highlighting the cupids bow helps as well.

I line my lips along the lip line then using a Vaseline or any lip balm really I slightly smudge the lip liner over my lips(:
