Best and easiest eyebrow pencil to start out with?

My 14yo has this patch between where her brow starts by her nose and grows outward that doesn't quite grow hair. I'm thinking a pencil type product would be easiest to start using and best for replacing the "hair". I know M.A.C makes one and Anastasia and both are supposed to be good? Any recommendations?

If you want something inexpensive the Rimmel eyebrow pencil is what I use and I've been using it for like 4 years haha :)

I have both and I found that Anastasia is a better deal. MAC with daily use I was having to get a new one every other month...sometimes shorter than that if a piece of it would break off in the sink as I was applying it. Anastasia has a brush at the other end which allows you to blend in the product. I purchased the pencil back in March and I've been using it everyday (making my DipBrow jealous).

You can also try Mally 24 /7 brow express once the powder is put on it last all day.

Shelley, you're referring to the brow wiz?
Traci, the Mally products all look good but I almost never go to Ulta. It's not in a convienent place. However, have you ever used the "lip fence"? I'm intrigued!

Shaye, I have trouble finding somewhere that carries a full line of Rimmel around me. I just looked at Target tonight for one, because they have some good stuff. There's like 10 tubes of mascara up there but no brow pencils I could see.

I agree with Shelley, I love my Anastasia Brow Pencil, I've had it for a few years actually, it's a stub now, bit it's the best for days I'm in a hurry and need a simple solution.
