I agree with Erica. It cosmetics has a product called "Bye Bye Redness" and will literally cover up any discoloration. It is a little on the pricy side though...

I like the Clinique acne solutions concealer for a raised red blemish - it has a green tint to it so it cancels the red has a matte finish n also the shade tends to correct itself to match your skin tone - otherwise for more full coverage that won't cause further breakouts I like MUFE and kat Von d concealers.
