OMG urban decays 24/7 glide on pencil. I have the black one and that thing is potent! Like I wash my face and it's still there for like 2 days no matter how much I wash.So hard to get off so I only wear it when I really need my liner to last

I love Urban Decay 24/7 pencil liners. Let me get this straight: I have worn this in the RAIN, rubbed my eyes, even gone swimming, this liner DOES NOT BUDGE! It sets after 30 seconds, giving you enough time to smudge it to your preference. The color range is INCREDIBLE! Literally walk into any sephora and see a whole shelf dedicated to this liners! They are also extremely pigmented. I didn't ever have a problem with them smudging or fading throughout the day. These liners are an absolute MUST have.
My top eyeliner all time, though, is MAC fluidline in the shade black track. Although there darker liners, I love the way this one glides on! It also DOESNT move. I again have wiped my eyes and swam. ALWAYS stays. The only problem I have with this liner is that I waste a lot of product because it dries out incredibly fast :(
