Hey Jenna..
well there are a couple of mascaras out there with that name but here is the one I have knowledge about and the one that I own..
younique's 3d fiber lash mascara is claimed to "enhance in a 300% increase in thickness and volume to your lashes while still looking completely real and natural"
this mascara is for 29$ on it's website and I'm telling you it is worth EVERY penny, I have never bought a mascara like this my whole life and I don't think I'll ever be changing it.
it does make a dramatic difference and does make my lashes appear so much longer and so much thicker, I am always being giving compliments on my lashes from everyone, they ask me if I have on falsies!
the package looks like a case for glasses and it's packaged so pretty, although some packages are pretty but don't give results this one is that one of those!
it contains of two tubes, one is the transplanting gel and the other is the fiber lashes.
first, you must apply a coat of your favorite regular mascara.
then, apply a coat of the transplanting gel
after that , apply a coat of the fiber lashes and finally seal the fiber lashes with the transplanting gel. and you can put a second or third coat depending on dramatic you want them to be.
