You could look for a eye cream that maybe contained vitamin b. if you wanted a concealer you could try the rimmel wake me up concealer.

For me it is but it can be hard to find depending in were you live. There are plants of concealer though that I really like since I don't like to wear foundation. I can also recommend the maybelline age rewind concealer. I bought that one manly because it had a cult following but actually really loved it.

Lol that's my problem I never drink enough water and I don't sleep well because I have a baby lol and I have dark circles. but maybe the eye cream that Jacqlyn W. suggested will work.

I have really reddy purple under eyes and when I put foundation over the top they go grey!
I went on a make up splurge and bought an illamasqua concealer with peach tones in it and it's AMAZING. Like...AMAZING. I can't believe the difference it has made to my face...GET IT!!
