Stay blonde with dark on the under layers or dip dye my hair?? Or any other suggestions tht would look good? I hav blue eyes n fair skin..ignore the funny face haha.

I really think the blue dip dye would look so good on you (: it looks like you and the girl in the picture have the same complexion and I think it would also bring out your eyes.

I think the you should go for blue...or try some bright red or dark brown..but I guess the blue will do well...

I think the blue dip dye but be careful because it can turn a greenish color when it fades. I also think you would look good with a darker blonde maybe like Lauren Conrad? 😊💕
