Can anyone recommend a good toner thats not too expensive? and I don't know that much about toner but I have dry skin and I don't know if that changes anything but just thought I'd let you guys know.

I have that loreal one, and the back of the bottle says 99% alcohol free so it is mostly alcohol free, it works good and does not burn my skin like a lot of toners have, and doesn't dry my skin out! 😊

I just bought Thayers Alcohol-Free Toner Rose Petal Witch Hazel toner. I haven't tried it yet but it only cost $9.49 and all the reviews are really good :)
